Half-Built Rock Hill Panthers HQ Now Set To Be Torn Down

It looks like the unfinished Carolina Panthers practice facility in Rock Hill has officially come to the end of its journey.

Plans are now in motion to demolish the entire structure. The 245acre area, known as theRock Hill Overlook,” is owned by the city and York County.

Colliers International is now attempting to sell the property as a ‘mixed-use development opportunity’.

The listing for ‘Rock Hill Overlook’ reads:
