It looks like the unfinished Carolina Panthers practice facility in Rock Hill has officially come to the end of its journey.
Plans are now in motion to demolish the entire structure. The 245–acre area, known as the “Rock Hill Overlook,” is owned by the city and York County.
Colliers International is now attempting to sell the property as a ‘mixed-use development opportunity’.
The listing for ‘Rock Hill Overlook’ reads:
“Rock Hill Overlook is a premier ± 245 acre mixed-use development opportunity with immediate access to I-77 with a newly constructed Exit 81 interchange (May 2023).
