More great news for Cabarrus County was just announced by US drinkware manufacture, ETS Express, Incorporated. They’re now planning on create at least 200 manufacturing and warehousing jobs over the next year and a half.
They’ll be moving into a brand new 152,000 square foot building off of Derita Road, near the new Amazon building – both of which are being built as part of the Silverman Group’s $22 million speculative building project.
The Silverman Group is also working on another speculative building project, a 108,000 facility off Aviation Blvd., projected to cost around $7 million.
These speculative building projects are a key part in Cabarrus County’s plan to continue to attract new companies like ETS Express and continue to bring new jobs to our area.
