Rising prices are hitting us everywhere it hurts — gas, rent, and.. brunch?! With the current inflation rate, you may soon have to reconsider having your typical Sunday funday.

The team at TransImpact curated a list of common brunch dishes, analyzed Yelp data from top-rated brunch restaurants in each city, and used the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ current inflation rate (6.9%) for their “food away from home” index to calculate the cost of brunch in 2042.
