Concord Mills Marijuana Dispensary Faces Eviction After Allegedly Owing Over $100,000 in Unpaid Rent

A marijuana dispensary in the Concord Mills mall is now facing eviction after allegedly not paying their rent for over a year.

According to a civil complaint filed in Cabarrus County District Court, EZ Purchase LLC, which operates Go Green CBD at Concord Mills, owes $104,770 in unpaid rent as of June 1.

The Florida-based retailer sells marijuana, CBD, and THC products at its location inside Concord Mills at 8111 Concord Mills Blvd. Court filings state the tenant has refused to vacate the space despite allegedly being nearly 14 months behind on rent.

The monthly lease payment is listed at $7,598, according to the complaint. A hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on July 8 in the Cabarrus County Magistrate’s Office.

The lawsuit was filed by Mall at Concord Mills Limited Partnership, whose owner, Simon Property Group, also owns SouthPark Mall and Charlotte Premium Outlets.
