Charlotte’s popular Pike Nurseries just announced that they will be hiring a wave of new employees around the Charlotte region in preparation for the upcoming Spring season.
According to their press release, they are looking for “anyone who loves plants, people and playing in the dirt” to fill a variety of positions including; sales associates, delivery drivers, visual merchandisers, manager trainees, and cashiers – check out their career page here for specific roles and requirements.
Pike also runs 3 garden centers around Charlotte in Cornelius, Matthews, and Ballantyne as well as the Fort Collins Nursery.
Metrolina Greenhouses in Huntersville (the largest single-site heated greenhouse in the United States) will be hiring over a dozen new employees in the coming months;
Lowes Home Improvement also recently announced a massive hiring spree of 1,250 new employees in their Charlotte area garden centers for the upcoming Spring Season.
