Belmont Police have just discovered a fully operational meth lab on the outskirts of Downtown Belmont.
Around noon yesterday, undercover officers swarmed the home just steps away from Belmont’s Page Primary School.
Inside they found Randy Eubanks and Brandy Vanover in the process of making the dangerous drug, the two were then arrested, according to police.

They are both now facing felony counts of drug possession, possession with the intent to manufacture, sale or distribute and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.
Nearby Belmont residents told reporters that they were especially upset that this was the second time police have raided the same home.
