The Matador, renowned for its uniquely authentic Mexican cuisine and rare selection of agave spirits, is set to open its doors this fall in Charlotte.
North Carolina native Zak Melang will be introducing Queen City residents to The Matador in Charlotte’s second oldest fire station at 1215 South Boulevard.
The new Matador will offer over 3,000 sq feet of indoor-outdoor seating, including a roof-top patio with stunning skyline views.
They will feature one of Charlotte’s largest selections of agave spirits, with over 150 different tequilas and mezcals alone. Their scratch-made kitchen will pair the drinks with some truly unique and authentically Mexican creations.
Starting this fall, The Matador will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. with a twice-daily happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. to last call. Enjoy “Top Shelf Tuesday” offering half-off any agave spirit over $16 on Tuesdays.
