The Grand National Curling Club Mixed Championship will be taking place right here in Charlotte. It will be one of the most action-packed weekends you could imagine, featuring some of the best curlers in the world throwing stones and sweeping ice.
The best clubs from Maine to Florida (including the Charlotte Curling Club) will be competing to see who will advance to the U.S. Curling Association Mixed National Championship, and then the Olympics.
The event is free to attend for anyone in the Charlotte region, it starts today, 2/26 and continues until Sunday, 2/28, and will take place at The Charlotte Curling Association’s main curling center – 5009 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC 28216
