Following the recent sale of the iconic mansion from “Talladega Nights” to NASCAR star Kevin Harvick, Wyatt and Son Auctions in Mooresville is hosting the first of two auctions featuring items from the Cornelius estate. This exclusive event, which includes silent bidding leading up to the live auction on December 10th at 6:00 PM EST, offers a range of unique and historic items.

The auction boasts a variety of notable pieces, including rare historical documents by Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis, a one-of-a-kind autographed oil painting of Tiger Woods measuring 46″ x 28″, and a large collection of Civil War artifacts. Collectors can also bid on a vintage Wurlitzer 1015 “Bubbler” Jukebox, historic and modern firearms, swords, and knives, including an 1860 Colt and an 1855 Springfield. Other highlights include a vintage Riverboat Gambler Pinball Machine, an autographed baseball by Honus Wagner, a vintage RCA Studio Microphone with a CBS Ribbon, and a Western Electric Art Deco “On Air” Studio Light.

The auction also features many first edition books, such as “Phantom of the Opera,” “Gone With the Wind,” “Dr. Seuss,” and “Dracula,” along with unique furniture pieces, a vintage Mitchell 16MM Hollywood Movie Camera on a tripod, Stephen Spielberg’s autographed clapper board, and a contemporary suit of knight’s armor.
