In an attempt to stay trendy and to keep with the changing housing dynamic in America, Maxwell House has officially rebranded as “Maxwell Apartment”. The name change honors today’s coffee drinkers—many of whom rent instead of own—and highlights the brand’s longtime commitment to value without sacrificing taste.

As part of the rebrand, Maxwell Apartment is offering a 12-month supply of coffee for under $40 exclusively on Amazon. The deal includes an official “lease” and is designed to save customers over $1,000 a year compared to buying daily café coffee.

“Two-thirds of American adults drink coffee every day,3 which can add up quickly, especially these days,” said Holly Ramsden, Head of Coffee, North America at the Kraft Heinz Company in a press release. “Maxwell House believes no one should have to go without great tasting coffee and Maxwell Apartment delivers the same delicious taste people know and love, at a value that celebrates all our fans are doing to make smart choices in their lives.”

Maxwell House serves two-thirds of American adults who drink coffee daily and aims to make quality coffee more accessible during tough economic times. This campaign is one of two launching this fall to emphasize Maxwell’s dedication to both affordable flavor and consumer-first innovation.
