Consumer Cellular, the most awarded brand for wireless customer service by J.D. Power, has just announced plans to open their first Carolina location in Charlotte.
With a majority of Consumer Cellular customers being in the 50+ demographic, sometimes nothing beats an in-person meeting to troubleshoot your device, ask questions about your account, or adjust your plan.
After the new Charlotte location, the company is planning on having a total of 25 locations across the US by the end of the year.
To welcome the Charlotte community, CC will offer free phone giveaways, tech sessions, hiring events, and more throughout this month.
