Local police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man wanted for indecent exposure.
This past Sunday at around 4:30 pm, the man in the picture below exposed himself on a trail near the McDowell Creek Greenway, behind Robbins Preserve Rd/Preserve Pond Rd. The suspect was wearing a black mask, sunglasses, a hat, and sweatpants, according to police.
If you have a doorbell or external camera and you live in the area, the Cornelius Police Department is now asking for your footage.
The department is also reminding all Charlotte area residents to report suspicious behavior on greenways or trails by calling 911. Tips can be provided anonymously to the Cornelius Police Department or North Mecklenburg CrimeStoppers at 704-896-7867.
