Carowinds is introducing its first-ever adults-only experience as Carolina Harbor Waterpark opens for the 2025 season on Saturday. The 27,280-square-foot section of the 27-acre waterpark features a swim-up bar and is designed exclusively for guests aged 21 and older.
Located within the 400-acre amusement park that spans the North and South Carolina border, the new adults-only area includes:

Access to Carolina Harbor is included with regular park admission.
For younger guests and families, Carowinds will offer an exclusive sneak preview of a new Camp Snoopy attraction. Snoopy’s Racing Railway, a family roller coaster, will open early for 2025 Season Passholders on May 24, 25, 31, and June 1 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The coaster reaches speeds of 27 mph with twists and dips designed for all ages.
Season Pass Discounts and Memorial Day Promotions
Through May 26, guests can purchase a 2025 Silver Season Pass for $99 online, which includes unlimited visits and parking through Labor Day. The discounted pass offers a 20% savings and pays for itself in under two visits.
Carowinds will also honor Military Appreciation Days from May 23 to 26, offering free admission to all active and retired military personnel with valid ID. Up to six discounted tickets for family and friends can also be purchased in advance online.
