Charlotte rapper DaBaby and 50 Cent will headline a new music festival debuting in Concord this summer, bringing a major hip-hop lineup to the Charlotte area.
The Be More Grateful Music Festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, at Route 29 Pavilion near Charlotte Motor Speedway.
In addition to DaBaby and 50 Cent, the lineup includes Boosie, Busta Rhymes, BigXthaPlug, Waka Flocka Flame, Webbie, Big Boogie, Ykniece, Bunna B, Trap Dickey, Fetty P. Franklin, and Mellow Rackz. Organizers say more artists will be announced later.
The festival shares its name with DaBaby’s “Be More Grateful” album. His tour supporting the project ends in Los Angeles on May 14, just ahead of the Concord event.
Organizers say the festival will also feature food trucks, vendors, VIP sections, and live DJs, and could become one of the biggest hip-hop events the Carolinas have seen in a long time.
Ticket sales begin Friday, March 26 and can be purchased here.
