#1 Renaissance Festival – Celtic Music Weekend

Special guest musicians and Festival mynstrel’s honor key individuals instrumental in driving the region’s rich Celtic Music.  Hunky Highlanders and non-kilt wearing Men are encouraged to show their stuff in the Men of Skills Competition!

Contests include a Test of Strength, a Test of Confidence, and a Test of Skill.  All in good fun! Prizes will be awarded.

#2 Rouge Aerial Ballet

They have truly learned how to unleash the full potential of aerial dance. The company’s productions are now free to venture to strange new places.

#3 Carolina Panthers vs. Philadelphia Eagles

panthers vs eaglesThis week, the Panthers will take on one of their hardest opponents of the year to defend their undefeated record. Carolina (5-0) will try to shut down the high-flying Philadelphia Eagles (3-3) when they meet in the Week 7 Sunday night game.

The Panthers have also gone 4-1 against the spread this season, while the Eagles have won three of four straight up and ATS to move into a tie for first atop the NFC East.

charlotte fall festivalThe Annual South End Fall Festival will take place at 1117 South Boulevard, on Saturday, October 24th, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

There will be bluegrass music, games, candy, hayrides and bouncy houses for the kids.

Please wear your costumes and bring your trick-or-treat bags. Food trucks will be on site for those wishing to purchase dinner.
