Panthers Come Back Against The Falcons In Their 6th Win of The Season

173

Yesterday the Carolina Panthers took down the Atlanta Falcons in their 6th win of the season.

Things got a little dicey in the first 2 quarters, with the Falcons up 10-0 half-way through the second quarter, but in true cardiac cat fashion, the Panthers put together an impressive comeback.

2 15-yard penalties and Cam’s 24-yard pass to Funchess led to running back Christian McCaffrey’s first rushing touchdown of the season at the end of the second quarter.

On the next drive, Safety Mike Adams intercepted Matt Ryan and gave Cam the opportunity to score his fourth rushing touchdown of the season.

We added to our lead in the third quarter with 2 field goals from Graham Gano, putting the score at 20-10.

The Panthers improve their record to 6-3 on the season and 2-1 in the division – closer than ever to overtaking this season’s NFC South-leading New Orleans Saints.

The Panther’s will host the Dolphins next Monday night (Nov. 13th) in prime-time football.
