For the second time in the past few days, PSA has shut down the majority of their flights at the Charlotte Douglas Airport due to a technical glitch.
According to officials with American Airlines, their regional carrier PSA experienced a serious technical issue yesterday morning and had to cancel a total of 70 regional jet flights.

Airline officials are now saying that all flights will resume starting at noon today.
The cause of the glitch was under investigation.
