The Most Common Question People In North Carolina Ask Google

AT&T recently released a study that examined the most commonly searched questions on Google for each state.

They discovered that most states are curious about pets, our bodies, human behavior, nature, and the Yankees…with a few interesting exceptions.

In North Carolina, the top Google result for “Why do hurricanes form” is from spaceplace.nasa.gov, which answers, “The scientific term for all these storms is tropical cyclone. Only tropical cyclones that form over the Atlantic Ocean or eastern Pacific Ocean are called “hurricanes.” … Tropical cyclones are like giant engines that use warm, moist air as fuel. That is why they form only over warm ocean waters near the equator.”

In South Carolina, the two most frequently asked questions were, “Why do I sweat so much?” and “Why do kids bully?”.

I think some of the more interesting ‘top searches’ came from Wyoming: “How to kiss”, Idaho: “Why do men have nipples”, and Florida: “Why do I feel so alone”.

What do you think the most interesting search is?
