The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is now asking for the public’s help in locating a 29-year-old Charlotte resident currently wanted for 1st-degree murder.
Officers just obtained a warrant for Marquis Smith, now the main suspect in the murder of 44-year-old Jermaine Stuckey. Stuckey was shot and killed on Saturday, Sept. 22nd in front of The Blue Olive Lounge in Ballantyne.
The CMPD just released the following picture and notice;
