Charlotte’s First Cajun-Asian Restaurant Opening This Summer

The Bottle Cap Group is about to open Charlotte’s first ever Cajun-Asian fusion restaurant in the old Nan and Byron’s spot in South End. The group also started and currently owns Charlotte’s Whiskey Warehouse, All American Pub, Brazwells, Ink N Ivy, and Hot Taco.

Their newest restaurant will be called ‘Wu’s Cajun Seafood’ and it will open sometime in the next few months at 1714 South Blvd:

The restaurant will be led by executive chef Troy Gagliardo, who also runs a cooking show on WCCB called “Troy’s Everyday Eats.”
